Step in Edgemead and Monte Vista
Step uses a platform to turn cardio into a pattern. Legs and lungs do the work. The choreography stays teachable.
Women-only. A session is 45–60 minutes. All levels. Beginners are welcome.
You start with the basic step-up and add direction when the group is ready. If the pattern runs ahead of you, you keep stepping in place. That still counts.
It is a strong choice for glutes and stamina. Wear shoes that stay on, and ask about the monthly time slot on WhatsApp because the timetable moves.
Who it's for
Women who like a clear pattern and a beat, and who want legs, glutes, and stamina. You can start from the basic step-up.
Legs, glutes, and cardio fitness.
What a session feels like
You step up, down, and across the platform until the combination makes sense. If the pattern runs ahead of you, you keep stepping in place. That still counts.
