Line Dancing in Edgemead and Monte Vista
Line dancing is taught by Richelle, who has coached it for years alongside her fitness classes. You face the same direction, follow the calls, and let the music carry the effort.
Women-only. A session is 45–60 minutes. All levels. Beginners are welcome.
Routines are broken down. No partner and no audition. The workout shows up as steps, turns, and a heart rate that climbs while you are busy listening.
It is a confident fit if you want fitness that feels like a social hour. Beginners are expected. The monthly WhatsApp schedule tells you which day it falls on.
Who it's for
Women who want fitness that feels like a social hour: rows, repeated sequences, and a clear lead. No partner and no audition.
Fun cardio, rhythm, and a class that does not feel like a gym.
